            Sub:     K.G.S.T. Act, 1963- Section 30 B Implementation

                        Of the Provisions- further instructions issued.

            Ref:      Board’s Circular No.19/88 dt. 14.12.88.

            Attention of officers is invited to the Board’s Circular cited, wherein certain Sales Tax Officers (Reserve) were authorized for doing assessment in the case of transactions covered by Transport Pass. Subsequently these posts were shifted to some other officers for administrative convenience and this item of work was left unattended. Board after considering the importances of this item of work is pleased to authorize the following officers to do this work in partial modification of the Circular cited.

            The following Officers are authorized for assessing the transactions covered by Section 30 B for which Transit Pass is issued by the Check Post Officers noted against them.
